We have our own processing facility for adhesive tapes in Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi. We have a capacity of processing more than 10000 pcs of tapes per day supported by adequate and sincere work force. Our infrastructure includes:
1. PLC controlled fully automatic twin shaft Rewinding Machine, capable of handling large width of upto 1600mm. The machine is capable of a speed of upto 100m per min., and can make rolls of length 10m to 75m with an accuracy of ±1%. It is equipped with automatic pneumatic clutch & brake which can adequately handle the tension to provide rewinding as per your specifications. The machine is capable of handling large variety of adhesive tapes like Masking tape, Duct tape, Fibre tape, Tissue tape etc.
2. PLC controlled fully automatic twin shaft Slicer Machine, capable of handling width of upto 1800mm, of diameter from 10cm to 20cm. It is equipped with pneumatically controlled blades which provide high speed with high accuracy. It can slice any width from 5mm to 100mm with 2% accuracy. The machine slices two rolls at a time thus increasing efficiency & decreasing the processing time. The machine is capable of handling large variety of adhesive tapes like Masking tape, Duct tape, Fibre tape, Tissue tape, PVC tape etc.
3. Temperature controlled Heat Tunnel: Automatic heat tunnel having a capacity of shrink sealing upto 10 pcs per minute in PVC sleeves. The temperature is adequately controlled so not to effect the adhesive but to properly seal the contents.

Crepe Paper coated with solvent rubber adhesive. Good adhesion, easy tear & no residue.
